The Show Must Go On

PRIDE COMES BEFORE A FALL? Cape Town's Pride Parade has hit a stumbling block, as ROBERTO MILLAN - new editorial cartoonist for LGBTI paper 'The Pink Tongue' - illustrates here. Roberto elaborates in the Sidelines column.

AFRICARTOONS welcomes this budding young cartoonist to our growing fold of africartoonists.

The Pink Tongue 'PRIME MINISTER' ELLEN WANG reveals a little more about this cartoon on her facebook page:

Political cartoon by my boss, Roberto Millan. About the lack of organisation (and people) for Cape Town Pride. National LGBTI newspaper, Pink Tongue.
Who knew I would be in cartoon form in a bra and sunglasses of a national newspaper? Try and guess which one is me.
Inspiration: Cape Town Pride 2011.
